Where are you based?

Majorca Airport Transfers is based in Majorca with offices in Palma airport arrivals hall, Port Alcudia and the UK . The company is licensed by the Balearic Tourism Council and full members of AVIBA (Spanish equivalent of UK ABTA)

Can I change details of my transfer bookings?

In the case of private transfers, we can make amendments to your booking up to at least 24 hours before the time of the service at no extra charge.  After that we cannot guarantee availability and there could be an admin charge applicable.

For shuttlebus transfers, to guarantee availability, we should be advised of changes at least 4 days beforehand.  After that time it may not be possible to change and there could be an admin charge applicable..

Are there any extra charges on top of your web site transfer rates?

Our advertised transfer rates are the same for day / night, weekday / weekend, bank holiday / fiesta day transfers  (cash on arrival, where applicable, and credit card bookings).  There is a supplement applicable for payment by Paypal.

Providing Child Seats/ Boosters (only available in private transfers) carries an extra charge as does the carriage of Bikes, Golf Bags, Surf Boards, etc.

2 items of normal luggage per passenger (ie aircraft allowance) are included in transfer prices. Small extra items such as folding children’s pushchairs, can also be carried. If you have other extra items please contact us to make sure they can be transferred in transfer vehicle size selected. 

Will I get the kind of vehicle as shown in the photo on the booking page?

The photos shown are examples of vehicles to show each group size but the actual vehicle used could well differ from those shown.  Depending on the circumstances at the time of the service, we reserve the right, to send a larger vehicle than booked or even 2 vehicles if necessary to ensure a minimum inconvenience possible for our clients..

On my arrival at Mallorca airport will I have to wait for my vehicle?

In the case of private transfers, although we do our utmost to ensure your vehicle is waiting for you, and usually it is, there could be occasions, especially in peak season or weekends, when you may have a short wait.

In the case of shuttlebus transfers there can be up to an hour’s wait from the time you reach our customer reception office.

What happens if our flight is delayed?

No problem, our customer reception office in Palma airport arrivals hall monitors incoming flights for any delay so transfers are always available.  We do not charge a waiting fee for delayed flights. In the case of cancelled flights you must contact us as soon as you are aware of the cancellation and we will try to re-programme your transfer.

How do we pay for transfers?
We offer various options:
1.  Pay on arrival in euro cash – this is only applicable for private transfers in Mallorca and if your arrival flight arrives between 8am and 10pm (booking deposit not required).  Departure only transfers and those with flights arriving between 10pm and 8am must be prepaid.  Shuttlebus transfers must be paid in advance.
2.  Prepayment by Credit/Debit card through our bank’s safe page when booking.
3.  Prepayment by Paypal (in this case there is a supplement payable – see the booking form).
 
Where do we meet our transfer driver?

Once you have your luggage, please go to our customer reception office in Palma airport arrivals hall. Details of the office location with map and contact telephone numbers are sent to all transfer customers when bookings are confirmed. The customer reception office is close to baggage hall exit gates B.  

 
What shall I do if we lose an item of luggage in the baggage collection area?
Go to your airline luggage handling agent inside the baggage collection hall and advise them. They will arrange for the luggage to be delivered to your holiday accommodation.
 
IMPORTANT. If you are delayed leaving the baggage collection hall please phone our emergency number on your booking confirmation or send a member of your party to advise our customer reception office you have arrived and there is a problem.
 
Can we book return transfers to Palma airport departures when in Majorca?
Return transfers are best arranged via the web site booking form when making arrival transfer bookings. However if that is not possible then when in Majorca you can either book your departure transfer directly on our website, www.majorca-airport-transfers.com, or by telephoning our main office (all English speaking) on 971 549497. In the case of shuttlebus transfers, to guarantee availability they should be booked at least 4 days before your journey home.
 
Is it possible to go to one location then be collected from another for our return transfer?
No problem. If you are staying in a hotel, villa or private apartment and have to vacate early but your return flight is a lot later just call our main office 971 549497 – in the case of private transfers, at least 24 hours beforehand and 4 days beforehand for shuttlebus transfers, with details of the return collection location.
 
Do I need to confirm return transfer details when in Majorca?
If, on your arrival at our Palma airport customer reception office, our representative did not confirm the return details with you, please phone 971 549497, at least 24hours beforehand to confirm we have all the correct information.
It is best to confirm return details as we have picked up errors this way that were made on the initial transfer booking form, especially with return flight time and collection times.
